We're an event planning and concierge service — not a travel agency. Your personal planner designs the weekend and curates hand-picked villas, yachts, chefs and venues. You book each service directly with our partners at their best rates; our planning fee covers design and coordination.

What kind of weekends do you actually plan?
Stag dos, hen dos, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, group trips with no occasion attached, and company offsites. What they have in common is a group that wants the weekend to be genuinely good and doesn't want to spend three months organising it.
Is this a party package company?
No. There's no menu with a price per head, no bar crawl, no coach full of strangers. Your planner designs one weekend around your group — a private villa, a skippered yacht, a chef at the table, the right restaurant booked at the right hour. If what you're after is the cheapest possible weekend, we're honestly not the right fit — everything we do is built around getting it right rather than getting it cheap.
Why is Limassol your base?
It holds up for the kind of weekend we plan. A working marina, five-star hotels, the best restaurants on the island and an international crowd all year rather than one summer season — with everything close enough together that nobody spends the weekend in transfers. It's also where we live, so our partners there are people we work with constantly.
Do we book everything through you?
No, and that's deliberate. You book each villa, boat, chef or transfer directly with our partners at their best rates — no money for travel services passes through us and there are no markups buried in your bookings. Our fee covers designing the weekend and coordinating it.
What happens after we enquire?
Your planner replies within 24 hours to set up a free discovery call. After that call you get a designed proposal within 72 hours — venues, timings and indicative spend. Nothing is committed until you say so.
