These Terms govern your use of the Cove & More website and our event planning and concierge services. By enquiring with us or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Cove & More operates from Limassol, Cyprus.
1. Who we are
Cove & More is an event planning and concierge service. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. We design, curate and coordinate bachelor, hen and group celebration weekends in Cyprus. We do not own, operate, or control any villa, yacht, restaurant, club, transfer company or other supplier.
2. Our services
In exchange for our planning fee, we provide: weekend design and itinerary planning, curation and introduction to hand-picked third-party suppliers, coordination before and during your trip, and an on-the-ground host for the duration of your weekend. Add-on items (styling, gift bags, merch, photography, surprises) that we supply directly are sold under separate terms agreed at the time of order.
3. Third-party bookings
All travel-related services — accommodation, yacht and boat charters, ground transfers, restaurant and venue reservations — are contracted and paid for directly between you and the relevant licensed supplier. Each supplier's own terms, cancellation policy and liability apply to that booking. We are not a party to those contracts and are not liable for a supplier's acts, omissions, pricing, or availability, though we will assist in resolving issues in good faith as your coordinator.
4. Indicative figures
Any "typical weekend spend" figures shown on our site or in a proposal are indicative estimates based on past groups, not quotes or guarantees. Actual costs depend on supplier availability, season, and your final choices, and are confirmed directly with each supplier before you commit.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the conduct of your group, for valid travel documents and insurance, and for complying with the rules of each venue and supplier. You must provide accurate information when enquiring so we can plan appropriately.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Cyprus law, Cove & More is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for the actions of independent third-party suppliers. Our total liability for any claim relating to our planning and coordination services is limited to the planning fee paid for that weekend.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
