Booking Terms & Cancellations
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This page sets out how a weekend with Cove & More is confirmed, changed, or cancelled.
1. How a weekend is confirmed
— You submit an enquiry (no cost, no commitment).
— We hold a free discovery call and send a proposed itinerary within 72 hours.
— You confirm you'd like to proceed and pay the planning fee — this is when our coordination work begins.
— You book each villa, charter, venue and transfer directly with the relevant supplier, at the rates and terms they confirm to you.
2. Changing your dates or group size
Tell us as early as possible. We'll do our best to adjust the plan at no extra planning fee if changes are requested more than 30 days out. Changes within 30 days may involve supplier fees beyond our control, which we'll flag before you confirm.
3. Cancelling your weekend
Cancellations of our planning services follow our Refund Policy . Cancellations of individual supplier bookings (villa, yacht, transfers) follow that supplier's own terms, which we share with you at the time of booking, and are handled directly between you and them.
4. Weather & force majeure
Where weather or events outside anyone's control (strikes, extreme weather, closures) affect part of your itinerary, your on-the-ground host will rearrange the plan in real time where possible. Supplier refund entitlement for an affected activity depends on that supplier's own policy.
5. Conduct
Venues and suppliers may refuse entry or service, or end an activity early, for behaviour that breaches their house rules or local law. This is outside our control and not grounds for a refund of the planning fee.
