Why do you base most weekends in Limassol?
Because it holds up for the kind of weekend we plan. Limassol has the marina, the five-star hotels, the best restaurants on the island and an international crowd year-round rather than a summer season. Everything sits close enough together that a group isn't spending half the weekend in transfers. It's also where we're based, which means our partners there are people we work with constantly, not names on a list.
Is this a standard hen do package?
No. Nothing off a menu with a price per head. Your planner builds the weekend around the bride — a villa with the terrace that catches the last light, treatments brought to you rather than booked into a salon, a private chef, a catamaran at sunset. The occasion everyone recognises, put together properly.
Do you plan bachelorette parties as well as hen dos?
Yes — hen do, hen party, hen weekend or bachelorette party, it's the same weekend and we plan all of them. British and Irish groups usually say hen do; groups from elsewhere often say bachelorette. Nothing about the planning changes.
Which part of Cyprus suits a hen weekend best?
Limassol, for most groups. A villa with a pool and a terrace that catches the last light, treatments brought to you, and the island's best dinner scene fifteen minutes away. Protaras is lovely and calmer if you want the water at the centre of the weekend. Paphos suits a slower pace. Ayia Napa has the best nightlife on the island, so it's the call if going out is the centre of the weekend — just know it runs young and loud through July and August.
Can you plan around a mixed group or different budgets?
Yes, and it's worth telling your planner early. Groups often include people who want every activity and people who'd rather have a slow morning by the pool. A good itinerary has both, and nobody feels obliged to do everything.
When is the best time of year for a hen do in Cyprus?
May through to the end of September is the summer season and every one of those months works. July and August are the hottest and busiest, so book those furthest ahead. Outside that window Cyprus is still a good weekend — the towns, restaurants and mountains carry on all year — you just won't be swimming.
What if the bride wants a say — or definitely doesn't?
Both work. Some brides want to approve the plan, others want to be told nothing until they arrive. Tell your planner which on the discovery call and they'll handle it accordingly.
