Cove & More ("we", "us") is an event planning and concierge service based in Limassol, Cyprus. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you enquire with us, why, and how we handle it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus's Law 125(I)/2018 implementing it.
Legal basis for processing
We process your enquiry details on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and, once you engage us, to take steps to perform our contract with you. We never process your data for direct marketing without a separate, explicit opt-in.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, rough travel dates, group size, occasion, vibe preferences and indicative budget. We do not collect payment details through this form.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, design your proposed weekend, and coordinate with hand-picked partners on your behalf. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We do not share your contact details with partners unless and until you instruct us to proceed with a booking.
Where it's stored
Enquiry details are stored securely in our internal records system, accessible only to our planning team. We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver your weekend.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@coveandmore.com — we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
