Are you a travel agency?
No — we're an event planning and concierge service. We design your weekend and coordinate every detail; you contract and pay each provider (villa, yacht charter, transfers) directly at their best rates. Our planning fee covers design and coordination.
What does the planning fee cover?
The full design of your weekend, curation of hand-picked partners, and all coordination before and during the trip — including a direct WhatsApp line to your planner all weekend. Pricing is shared with your proposal after a discovery call.
How do payments work?
You pay each provider directly — villa, yacht, chef, transfers — at rates we negotiate as their regular partner. Our planning fee is the only thing you pay us (plus any add-ons we provide ourselves, like styling or gift bags). Your proposal breaks it down line by line before you commit to anything.
How far ahead should we plan?
For June–September, 2–3 months ahead secures the best villas and charters. Off-season, 3–4 weeks is usually enough. Later than that? Ask anyway — we’ll tell you honestly what’s available.
What if something changes mid-weekend?
Your planner is one WhatsApp message away all weekend — not a call center. Weather turns, plans shift, someone falls in love with a taverna: we re-arrange around you in real time.
